cool, so there is a goal

maybe you should, like, decrease the amount of (useless) replies and old post necroing per hour, this is a forum not a discord server edit: there's nothing inherently wrong with it, it's just very distasteful for what (I assume) your goal is

I don't think Lang frequents these forums anymore, you'd probably have more luck asking on his thread in the PR forums (and the other devs there for help with any project basically): https://www.realitymod.com/forum/showthread.php?t=151230&highlight=m1128 I believe he used War Thunder as an inspiration as well as various photos off of the web

You see, your problem is here, you're using the same logic as the devs who made this decision, except that they hold all the control over what is being done to the game. Who is we? Not all coop players share your opinion, and no matter how vocal you are it will not change the decision of developers looking out for the majority of the players (of which coop-only players are the least numerous). I have however prepared 2 solutions for you with different variations (after a lot of drin... ugh I mean thinking): Numero uno: Now, don't go thinking Hey this guy is yanking my chain, what the hell It did take me about an hour to make this in MC, but it did take me about 3 hours of sporadic nonsensical thinking to find you a more elegant and "down to Earth" solution of your problem, so here is option numero dos: Big thanks to the following for giving me inspiration for this post:

I'm not sure if this is a "funny" type of post with the responses and everything, but let's put this discussion to rest once and for all: Removal of maps is not tied to COOP nor the developers of COOP - maps get removed cause they're old, unbalanced and/or just plain suck for deployment. If you want these maps in the game go ahead and download, then open your BF2 editor and start reworking and balancing them - but for now the focus of the devs working on maps is better utilized elsewhere - which is something they themselves have said, you can read about it in the official PR Discord server. So what if they don't have the time to give the maps the love they deserve, surely we can keep these maps for coop and not remove them entirely? Well no, and don't call me Shirley. The emphasis of PR is not on coop, we barely reach 40 people active daily on the server, and with other servers combined, probably less than a hundred daily: For comparison here's deployment with (usually 1 always active server like HOG or SSG): So the question is why should the devs utilize their effort and limited time in fixing maps for a game-mode which doesn't see as much consumption as the game-mode they constantly work on? The maps hinder gameplay from their perspective if set, and take up valuable space that could be used for other, more modern maps. These devs are not Zeee or melon, I know Unicode was working on Jabal and you can go ask wherever (PR related) you'd like about this info. TL;DR: Devs have already said that the maps need balancing and reworking, which costs time, which they would rather spend improving the game elsewhere. These devs are not melon or Zeee afaik (who make pretty awesome coop layers for us and listen to our feedback (not always as most of us complain without any reason anyway)), and if you want these maps back go learn to edit/make maps and consult with the devs in charge of mapping on what should be fixed. This tl;dr has turned into it's own passage so: TL;DR:

Not the power supply then, likely a problem on your ISPs end. If you have a cable connection you might wanna check out your fibre-optic/coax/DSL cable that leads into the router; I've seen a case where when it rained the coax cable got wet and the connection would go out, if the cable is damaged in some periodical way it might be the cause. In any case your ISP should be fixing it, it's their responsibility to give you uninterrupted internet access for the money you pay them (they own everything up to the router).

All of the lights? If it's all of them it maybe an issue with the power supply, did they replace the routers power supply? Is the router plugged in an extension outlet, any other devices connected to the same wall outlet?

You guys really necro'd a post from a year ago made by a guy who last visited the forum ...a year ago?

Preference of the devs, the game was meant to be played that way - factor in camouflage, specific weaponry usage, etc (why can't I, as a normal soldier, steal a random civilian car, like I could in BF2?) You'd be better off asking why some other servers allow it... If you want to use this offline use "rcon onefaction" command if you have rcon enabled

what are the number for rienforcements indicating ?
System replied to joe_swayzak's topic in PR Cooperative
I assume you mean the score that usually ends up being a large number vs 0 e.g. (1283 - 0); it is the remaining tickets, the team that loses ends up with 0. Ticket loss occurs in a couple of situations: When a flag is capped the opposing team loses 30 tickets. When you get wounded (downed) you lose 1 ticket, when you give up you lose 1 more (or go dead-dead) - so for a kill you cost the enemy 2 tickets. If a team vehicle asset is destroyed it incurs a ticket penalty: Jeep or truck: 2 tickets Transport helicopter: 5 tickets APC/AAV/RECON: 5 tickets Tank or IFV: 10 tickets Jet or attack helicopter: 10 tickets When the last flag is capped (the last flag is indicated with a red attack marker) and at least 15 minutes have passed from round start ticket bleed occurs (some maps have ticket bleed related to certain flags that aren't marked by a red marker) and the team starts bleeding tickets per second (sometimes fast, sometimes slow) until it reaches zero (at 50 tickets you get a siren alert that your team is down to it's last 50 tickets). In the insurgency game mode the insurgent forces get unlimited respawns, but their tickets correspond to the number of caches they need to defend (usually 3-5). In the CNC game-mode you bleed tickets when you don't have a FOB, and you lose tickets when the enemy destroys your FOB. For game score of each individual soldier it goes something like this: Drivers get points for the time people spent inside the vehicle and the points that they gained as well. Squad leaders get bonus points for every action that their squad does inside a limited radius. You get points for kills. You get more points for kills when inside a capzone. As a sniper you get bonus points for longer range kills. You get points for destroying enemy vehicles (80 for jets, 40 for choppers, 40 for tanks/apcs, 32 for aavs, etc) You get teamwork points for driving, building FOBs, digging up emplacements, healing and reviving others... Commander gets a bonus like the squad leader, except his score depends on all the friendlies within a certain radius. And finally, if at the end of the round you do not have a death your score gets multiplied (especially the kill score). You can also lose score if you waste assets, constantly die and shoot friendlies. -
Make sure you have the proper .Net framework installed, you might be missing the dependency they added in the latest path Nvm, play around with the shaders is my best guess
