Nice video.. don't remember the 1st two games but Battlezone - wasted lots of quarters at the arcade on that one. Also what about the 1st Castle Wolfenstein? Looked great on my monochrome Apple II+

I hear ya... the last few days there seem to be more than the usual # of idiots on the server. I had one kid raging on xfire about being kicked by an admin and I just said look buddy - you don't like it play somewhere else. I can see now why the more senior admins just kick first, ask questions later ;) Not sure if it's possible to randomize the maplist but perhaps we could change it up more often? I would not mind doing this if help is needed.

Flyers really turned things around from a few years ago...good to see them at the top of the standings.

I started playing PR a few weeks ago and well...it takes a bit to get used to but it's worth the time investment. Start by going medic and ask someone how to heal/revive people (or read the manual). What I've learned so far: Make sure the mortars are pointed in the right direction before firing (thanks dman!!) Don't take assets you don't know how to use properly. Try and join Badploy's squad as he will yell at you until you do it right ;)

I'm sure someone else who knows more than me will chime in but I'm pretty sure you have to be invited to VG. Spend time on the VG servers, get into teamspeak, and go from there.

Wow #27 was my favorite player by far growing up.. used to be a Flyers fan before Ottawa got their own team (and the way they are playing perhaps I should go back to cheering for Philly!!). Tocchet, Propp, Howe, Kerr, Hextall, etc.. LOVED the Flyers back then. Still have my Hextall jersey from the late 80's!! Edit: Great video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z8_wrJpRDaU

Then you will need to wipe / reinstall (backup first of course). You may run into some compatibility issues with the 64bit version and older software titles - FYI Do you have > 4GB of RAM in your PC?

I've been using Windows 7 Pro 32bit for about a year and have had zero issues except with some older games running properly. If you have older software that doesn't work you can also install the free XP Mode add-on for Windows 7 which emulates an actual XP Pro environment. Any issues I've heard about with Win7 usually are related to the 64bit version and software compatibility. Other than that it is a very stable O/S (sometimes I don't reboot for 6-8 weeks). Make sure you have 3 or 4GB of RAM for the 32bit version (adding more than 3GB does nothing as 32bit Windows cannot use it - but for RAM logistics it`s better to have 2 x 2GB sticks or 1 x 4GB).
