  6. Just to be clear we are OK to update to 1.2 version of @A3MP correct? Version is available through six-updater or from Armaholic http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=23863 server will be setup with mods by tomorrow afternoon EST (say about 8pm GMT)
  7. Yes I will have the server setup Friday at some point. Not sure about exact start time... Cold? How does 2pm EST / 8pm GMT sound?
  8. Yeah 5GB of that is the Arma 2 maps. I won't have a lot of time until Friday to get the server setup etc... but this is just for testing correct? How many players do you need for a good test?
  9. Looks great what date/time were you thinking? That mod list is over 7GB so you're gonna need to give people time to download them all. Also not sure if I need these mods server-side do you know? @Vehicles_Refined @tao_foldmap @HRP Agreed about Task Force Radio...until they work out the "have to change frequencies each time I die" problem it's too much of a PITA.

  13. Thanks to Tortilla, Semler and Wooz for helping me test ALiVE with Fallujah. I found and fixed the "spawning at [0,0] and at 5000m" problem and it's now fixed. Was thinking of putting Fallujah back up on the server for this weekend as well.
  14. lol not sure what exactly was added... tackle box and rod maybe? Server is now running 1.08 stable with ALiVE 0.5.4 (released today available on SU and PWS already) -stock demo ALiVE mission -ACRE and jayarma3lib not running so please remove them if joining

  17. I know we're primarily a COOP style group but I think there is some interest in PvP as well and recently there have been some improvements and mods released for Arma 3 that sound interesting. Tactical Battlefield: http://www.tacticalbattlefield.net/forum/index.php Been watching this one for a while now and it was officially released last week. It's the closest thing to PR deployment I've seen for Arma. Gonna tinker around a bit with the download and if there is enough interest I can put it up on the server for us to try out.
  18. Thanks Torts I added that as an issue - noticed the same thing on occasion full squad just standing there in formation.
  19. IIRC they have plans to expand the tasks module (very basic ATM) as well as integrate the tasks into the overall objectives - like you said assisting in an assault, defending an objective for X minutes, etc
