It will need some anti-cheats set up before any of that happens as there are some rumours of some hacking/cheating going on, Setting it up on the BMR INS server would take lots of time and would take up even more precious space on the whole server. I suppose it would take time, but it shouldn't take up any additional space, just map existing files on existing Arma 3 server to a new junction path & you should be able to run multiple Instances using the same game data, if it's on an SSD, which I presume it is, it shouldn't have any performance impact.
