BRIEF:

During the recent coup the army has taken control of the island. 

AAF (Altis Armed Forces) have now 90% control of the island and are soon about to overcome the last of the militia groups.

NATO has decided that the AAF is now posing a threat to the stability of the region.

Task Force Neptun is assigned to infiltrate Altis and preemptively strike the AAF.
