Need help!

Hi. I have problem with my game. It crashes every 5-30mins and I really dont know why. I already reinstaled game, no error messages. Just playing game and it crushes. It started with latest game update.

I have WIN 10-64, AMD Ryzen 9 3900X, 32GB RAM, AMD Radeon RX 5600XT.

No, i didnt do anything, no changes, nothing new. Just udated game

hmm,.... you could play around with the graphics settings of the game and see if it gets better or different.

A few of us crashed to desktop multiple times yesterday on Ascheberg map  . Was fine when next map loaded.

Make sure you have the proper .Net framework installed, you might be missing the dependency they added in the latest path
Nvm, play around with the shaders is my best guess

Open the PR Launcher and click on Support - select the Utilities tab along the top and click the button to perform the Clear Shader Cache task at the top:

 

Open Windows Disk Cleanup - Check the box next to DirectX Shader Cache and then press OK:

 

...try that and let us know if anything is better.

OK, last time a played 2 games and then crashed. So its better and I didnt do anything. Maybe is something with my WIN and not with game. I will do some checkings if my WIN is in good shape. Thank you for ideas anyway

When Windows is not working correctly, you will want to scan the file system - like verifying the integrity of a Steam game install, but for the entire operating system. It usually takes around 30 minutes to run, or longer depending on the speed of the disk.

Hello everyone, in January I changed my cpu for a new one, and it was updated to windows 11 and since this has happened the game crashes more frequently than normal.
I don't know if they have something to do with that.

Please attempt all the methods offered in this thread to fix your issue.  Clear your Shader Cache, and run SFC with DISM steps, and run the Safety Scanner.

Report back when these are done, let us know the outcome (if they found files that are corrupt, etc.).
