    Yes, i'm planning to introduce the civilian feature with unramed civilians (no handheld weapons except stones, epipens and medikit and the surrender fakeweapon).

    Because it would be to easy to identify the civilian i will also introduce a second civilian with suicide demolitions that looking exactly like the normal civi, so you dont know when you see him if its a civi or suicidebomber.

    The main powertool of the meinsurgent faction are the mines and IED's but bots are really terrible in using it so i have to implement another deadly feature.

    In a Firearm tweak, you get the option to implement a "PULLtheTrigger" sound. That is that sound you can hear when you mag/clip is empty.

    I will replace this sound (the click click) with another sound, so instead of having "click" sound  i would have a "allah snackbar scream" sound.

    Short and simple:

    I need a voice file (wave format) of any kind of jihady scream that is 3-5 seconds long. Ignore evrything i wrote about bolt click sound because you dont understand the technical aspect of this:

    Pass auf folgendes: Das ist mein Plan:

    Ich arbeite gerade an dem civilian kit und baue gerade ein eigenes faction kit layout für den coop insurgency gamemode.

    Der civilian wird der Medic. Der wird allerdings keine Feuerwaffe besitzen sondern nur medikit, epipens, stones. Die anderen Waffenslots werden durch fake Feuerwaffen ersetzt die nichts anrichten, also keinen Schaden machen können. Durch diese fake Feuerwaffen kann ich Animationen vergeben wie z.B. surrender, also Arme hoch.

    Diesen Fake Feuerwaffen kann ich auf verschiedensten Zieltypen einstellen die lauten :

    Infantry   
    LightArmour 
    HeavyArmour 
    NavalArmour
    Helicopter  
    AirPlane   

    Jetzt stelle ich das so ein das der civilian seine surrender Waffe gegen Fahrzeuge einsetzt und dabei auf die zuläuft. Wir Menschen sehen nur einen mit Händen erhobenen Zivilisten auf uns zu kommen. Ab einer bestimmten Reichweite beginnt der Bot dann mit den Steinen nach den Fahrzeugen und Soldaten zuwerfen und sobald jemand versucht den mit den ZipTie's zu verhaften geht der Bot in unbewaffneten Kampfmodus (Waffenwechsel zum Boxen).

    Jetzt würde das aber so zu leicht sein immer den civilian zu identifizieren und abzuwarten das der näher kommt und dann einfach von den Playern abgefarmt zu werden also will ich einen zweiten civilian typ rein bringen der Selbstmord Attentate macht und genauso aussieht wie der Medic Civilian so das du zu Anfang garnicht weißt ob der Civi ein guter oder böser Civi ist und das der böse civi erst erschossen werden darf wenn der zu seinem Detonator greift, was er erst tun wird wenn er nah genug dran ist.

    So, da dieser Detonator eine Feuerwaffe ist will ich dieser Feuerwaffe den Bolt click Sound von einen Jihady Schrei (z.B. Allahu Akbar) geben.

    Ich denke mal das du das jetzt genau verstanden hast odewr?

    If i use the search function for the specifiec sound on this site it do nothing.

    Additionally, i dont need the "click of a gun" sound.

    I want a clicksound for a Project Reality gun but this bolt click actually not sounds like a bolt click.

    I want it that it sounds like a jihadi scream :big_boss:

    Also, i dont know if i could get any copyright issue etc.

    I want that it's done by one of us (special background story, no need to think about that).

    as the thread name says, i'm looking for help from some sound artists.

    I need someone who is skilled and already have the software on his rig to create sounds and maybe also able to modify them a bit. 

    I need some sounds files (wave) with a length of maybe 3 - 5 seconds. 

    I need it for a bolt trigger sound and some ambient sounds for Project Reality.

    That's my fault Inch. I lost motivation on this for a while because of the LACK of support from the guys, where i thought, they would help me but it turned complete other direction. There exist one big problem with PR. We can have only ONE Coopmode and not 2 different coopmodes in PR. The gpm_coop has only the AAS4 features but not the insurgency gamemechanics. The WHOLE gpm_coopmode have to be reworked. 

    The gpm_coop python gamemode have to be rewritten so that the pythonlogic checking the maps GameplayObjects.con (GPO) for captureable flags or ammocaches. 

    Like this: 

    Python checks for flags and ammocaches.

    If there are ammocaches in the GPO, python refuses the AAS4 gamemechanics.

    Are there captureable flags and no ammocaches in the GPO, the python ignoring the insurgency mechanics.

    Simple. 

    Someone told me its only a matter of copy/paste and re-organsation.

    I asked many times for help ..... I stopped asking for it. Falling on my knees and begging till they bleed was never my thing when i wanted something.

    End of story is :

    Aslong, nothing happens on this side, the second PR server will be always password locked and exclusive only for =VG=.

    That was never my plan but i cannot change this, sadlywise.

    But i made progress and currently busy with integrating the civilian mechanic but for this i have to make a complete new layout for the meinsinsurgents faction.

     

    I like =VG= , Project Reality and modding so that's the reason : Why I Fight.

  8. No i dont i will do something like that in near futrue. Maybe later... for the lulz.

    First, i make the insurgency mappack. Currently working on the civi and arrest feature. Wil create some murdercivi's (actually that is one thing i can do myself).

    This shit is fun as hell.

    Dont remember the names of the map with the deathstar, killed it actually multiple times. The convoy missions in space was also nice. Hear you can fly the newer Tie Fighters. The space maps was done like PR falklands or better PR falklands map used the same mechanic as FirstStrike space maps - no terrain.

    Most fun as infantry was playing the Stormtrooper support with the heavy repeater blaster. You was able to place energy barriers for cover. Also multiple walker variants. The AT-AT exist only as static because the Devteam didn't get the fourlegged walking animations done and it liked to capsize. Sometimesm when you stumble into an effect trigger - this trigger let crash a TieFighter next to you. Also when you looked into the sky you can the the stardestroyers up in the lower space. 

    Also this mod had some dead body statics and the rebels on the Endor map had a female soldier model.

  10. If you have Bf2142 and found the right guys, who have a replicated Masterserver and host the mod, here you go.The stargate mod is on ice since YEARS or complete dropped from the Devs.

    Sofar i know is there only one mod currently in progress for BF2142 and that's Archeron (Alien franchise) made by Frosty98 and some modders from BSS (BF2 Korea mod) and tbh. i looks to me that they doing it good. Slow but good. Problem is they have to code everything manually that isn't available in Refractor 2 Engine (BF2Editor). 

    I had once a smalltalk with Frosty98 in the BFSP forum about his mod and why he choose the BF2142 engine. I gave him some tipps and to my surprise, he took my suggestions all over to his roadmap. Maybe we see one day a Alien WALKER Queen.

  12. I really like post apocalyptic survival mods on the ArmA engine.

    • What i dont like and you can see on 99% on all survival servers are the vehicle traders where you can buy tanks, armed to the teeth jeeps, apc's, attack helicopters of all kinds. Helicopters shouldn't be on any traderlists. Maybe as a rare mission or crashsite where you have atleast to repair the chopper with things like rotor-, scrapmetal and engine parts and those parts should be very rare.

     

    • Dont allow to buy ready basebuilding materials like complete cinderwalls or complete constructions like castles or the server runs quick laggy because people start building mega sandbox castle fortifications made out of 5000+ objects.

     

    • Dont make it like "looting 3 buildings and you overequipped". Loot should be not so common and there should be only few lootpiles in a building and not all 2 meters.

     

    • Focus please on survival like hunting, fishing, crafting and looting.

     

    • There is no need to put ALL weapons and attachment into the loot or trader lists. DMR and M14 are enough (Meme from good old dayz times).

    I will make later more suggestions with more details.
