  1. back to the drawing board. Those guys at Xfactor servers are just as slow and unmotivated as our current providers. If we're going to get crappy service we might as well just stay where we are until something better comes along. I'm not impressed with their customer support at all and we haven't even joined up yet. That's a red flag baby!
  2. Well this is our new Dedi!

    Intel QuadCore Xeon E3-1270 4C/8T
    16Gb DDR3 RAM
    500GB HDD
    Unlimited Gaming Bandwidth
    Windows 2003 X64
    TCAdmin Control Panel

It will host all our current stuff, plus some new ones we'll have access to. We'll be moving and migrating over the next couple days so some of our services will be temporarily disrupted due to the move.

thanks for your patience, you'll most definitely enjoy the new services!

  3. I keep saying this but we need to come together and make a mod of PR. Just to get our feet wet and explore the possibilities. Maybe we could build it using the A2 engine since it's so open. It's my dream to keep the pc gaming idustry alive! It's up to us to keep it going, to keep the presence out there and to try to offer the content pc gamers want. There is a huge community of pc gamers out there but we are getting squeezed out by freaking consoles so don't let it happen! Rolling over and sticking your ass in the air isn't the solution. Even if they never make another pc game, there are enough out there now that we could be in pc heaven for many years to come. There are many older pc games out there that could be modded back into popularity and some of those people would come back. Just think of the games we have to work with. What if we could mod Rogue Spear into modern day? Or develop something in 2142, or even just start with PR Coop. Eventually that is the direction I would like to see us go. Remastering old pc games into modern day would be an epic way to start. Don't throw in the towel yet.

Nice post Oulanders. I especially like the last screenshot... very detailed.

Bludklot, that's not a bad name to own at all. Any ideas what you're going to do with it?

Just have it, never know. !yes
  5. As most of you know I have another site that is just for Arcade games. I've recently updated the site with a new theme, new functions and tried to spice it up a bit. It's been a while since I've had some fresh users on the site because you don't need to register to use it. I was hoping some of you that are registered already could log in, play a game, use the new Rewards program and even compete for the $25 Gift Card up for grabs! I'm just trying to get the site to look alive again. If you could spare a few minutes please drop by and tell me what you think. Many thanks to all that help out! Fooey to those that don't !yes

  6. I still can't access Gametracker. It's as if the site is gone! The entire site won't load, all I get is a whitepage saying that page doesn't exist. On the TS3 Viewer under the globe, I get an error that Chrome can't load the page because the DNS changed, blah, blah, blah. I can't be the only one, this is nuts.

The server at cache.www.gametracker.com can't be found, because the DNS lookup failed. DNS is the network service that translates a website's name to its Internet address. This error is most often caused by having no connection to the Internet or a misconfigured network. It can also be caused by an unresponsive DNS server or a firewall preventing Google Chrome from accessing the network.
    Here are some suggestions:
    Reload this webpage later.
Check your Internet connection. Restart any router, modem, or other network devices you may be using.
Check your DNS settings. Contact your network administrator if you're not sure what this means.
Try disabling network prediction by following these steps: Go to the wrench menu > Options > Under the Hood and deselect "Predict network actions to improve page load performance." If this does not resolve the issue, we recommend selecting this option again for improved performance.
Add Google Chrome as a permitted program in your firewall's or antivirus software's settings. If it is already a permitted program, try deleting it from the list of permitted programs and adding it again.
If you use a proxy server, check your proxy settings or contact your network administrator to make sure the proxy server is working. If you don't believe you should be using a proxy server, adjust your proxy settings: Go to the wrench menu > Options > Under the Hood > Change proxy settings... > LAN Settings and deselect the "Use a proxy server for your LAN" checkbox.
Error 105 (net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED): Unable to resolve the server's DNS address.
