I know exactly what System is talking about because I've unfortunately seen this happening a lot lately, I think the issue is that the message of "Don't flag skip across 3 kilometers from the attackable flags to kill AA that isn't, or won't be a threat yet" isn't demonstrated clearly and sternly enough for it to be a thing that people avoid doing, I've seen some people that've wired themselves to that kind of behavior on most notably Muttrah, and it becomes their regular route. An example of a Muttrah round dumbed down would go something like:
> Map starts, asset hogs spawn in
> CAS flies to the fortress, kills the fortress emplacements, camps the ramp, kills all vehicles coming out with the excuse of "we're killing the emplacements, because the server allows you to flag skip to do it!"
> APC and infantry take 10-15 minutes to cap docks and north, then start approaching/capping west city.
> CAS (if you're lucky) goes around the attackable/defendable flags for a bit to clear them out.
> CAS come back to the fortress after around 10-20 minutes of emplacements dying, to rinse and repeat, leaving no vehicles and equally no fun for other players.
> They start going back and forth from the attackable flags to the fortress, and just by SOME luck, killing all the vehicles and barely any emplacements if counted.
I will admit to being like this at some point a while ago, before obtaining a handful of extra braincells to not suck the fun from other players, now I just don't even join so people can have maximum fun!
Personally I'll make sure to keep a keen eye on this issue and try to stop it from being practiced, because even though I do warn people for this exact move at the start of a Muttrah round, it's still somewhat common especially when there's no admins on.
