A few months ago the Southern Sahrani regime attacked the democratic North pushing their forces all the way to the northern coast. Only a last minute landing of NATO forces saved the state. Further offensive operations conducted by NATO forces led to the regime forces being pushed all the way back to the historical border. The Southern threat isn't gone tho. That's why additional operations are being launched to weaken their forces. Last night, the German KSK conducted a special operations raid codenamed Operation Jägermeister at the SLA military harbor in Dolores. The available intel leads us to believe it managed to disable enemy sea operations in the area and destroyed the assets being used to supply a beachhead at Everon which has been hit this morning with US Navy's Operation Flying Frog. The fighting is still ongoing. OBJECTIVE: A Bundeswehr Panzergrenadier unit is tasked with breaking the standstill before the forces destroyed by the KSK raid can be replaced. Assigned to the attack are: a Leaopard 2A6 codename "PANTHER", a Puma IFV codename "PUMA", a Tiger helicopter codename "TIGER", light transport vehicles and RRR resources. Additionally some artillery and missile support is provided by the US Navy and the skies are patrolled by NATO F-35s. The enemy is still strong and has accumulated big armored reserves and artillery. [TASK 1] A small FOB named FOB San Esteban is being used by enemy recon forces as a staging ground. Your task is simple, attack it and force the enemy to withdraw or destroy them. The FOB will serve as a logistics hub for the operation (RRR available there). [TASK 2] On the way to the city of Ortego the enemy forces have mined the main road. You will create a safe corridor through the minefield and mark it for friendly forces. It's not as simple as it seems though. Overlooking the minefield is an outpost build around a radio tower. You will seize it to allow friendly forces to move through the main road safely. [TASK 2] Last but not least, you will attack conduct an armored raid into the town of Ortego. Your target - a battalion HQ and the battalion staff. You have to be quick and attack before they realize their situation. The roles that have to be filled are the tank and IFV and at least one if squad + EOD If you sign up and don't show up, your name will be plastered on every VG media possible for ppl to make fun of you. If we don't reach the minimum the mission will be postponed indefinitely and the VG Arma community declared dead (kidding of course).
