Is is not possible to warn first...and if the dont switch then a kick?
Seems fair to warn first... i know they would be morons if the go on wrong team but still.

Is it possible to get the warning informations ( you know dont be a teamkiller dont destroy assets and so on)
in the loading screen of the map?
If so then players will be warned before map even begins...and will be more likely to read it cause the map is loading in the meanwhile.
