  1. Thank you very much, sir I try to find some more to have it working and if it does I'll let you know (just for your information)
  2. Thank you Keed. Here a video at TS of VG with a non-working Push to Whipser:
  3. Gents, As it is known of course in TS3 you have a 'Push To Talk' and there is also a 'Push to Whisper'. As I'm familiar with 'Push to Whiper' I tested this option many times (with other members), but 'Push to Whisper' seems to be protected (or something?) to use that option and the voice message that follows is: 'No whisper target found' Reason to have Push to Whisper in 'Fligth Simulators': it's possible to communicate with other 'Mission' channels ('Mission Commander', Mission 1', Mission 2', Mission 3') HERE an example of how Push to Whipser is setup and how it works. Thank you in advance if the Falcon BMS pilots can use Push to Whisper
  4. Hobbyroom - with a self made desk and a Thrustmaster Cougar HOTAS
  5. Hobbyroom - maps with Falcon documentation and the first edition of a MicroProse Falcon 4.0 book, by Gilma G Louie
  6. Hobbyroom - with a TEAC A-2340SX tapedeck (1982) and Celestion Ditton 15XR loudspeakers (1976) that I bought at that time.
  7. Hobbyroom - with a printed and sealed map with F-16 checklistst in between the HOTAS and a Bullseye tool at the right hand side of the side stick controller
  8. Hobbyroom - with an Oberheim OB-12 and a starry sky
  9. Oh... and now JD and NetRaider have the Pinky switch working... By pressing the 'Pinky+Missile step' buttons together it opens the 'Air Refueling' door, confirmed by the 'AR Status/NW Indicator' (turns blue). Handy when you're 'in pre-contact position' with the Tanker and you have to open this door. By doing so the jet is set to 'CAT 3' automaticly, to make the manouverability more accurate/less big. The 'CAT' switch itself stayes in the same position, so even when you are in 'CAT 1'
  10. Thank you, sir :-). It's not a big deal, but to have the DX Shift 'Pinky+TMS' in it's directions available to change quickly from A-G to A-A is nice, when you are searching for A-G targets and you suddenly get nailed by a hostile. If I'm rigth that's one of the features that the F35 has. The pilot can scan/search for A-A and A-G RADAR contacts at the same time. No, we stick to the beautiful F-16. It's just a very good looking oldie, rigth?
  11. Upfront information: I have mapped all the buttons/knobs and switches so far and looks good in the 3D-world. The only key that is not working is the Pinky (DX shift callback). This picture shows how i've mapped the Pinky;
  12. Hi Kravalenko. Thank you for helping out to have the Cougar mapped with the Alt Launcher. Appreciated. I shall look on Discord now and then and when I see you there I shall contact you, ok. Regards
  13. Thank you very much, sir! Missed that I had to download the AVCS Core. Your profile runs smoothly now. Thanks for the help and making this wonderful VA-profile possible . I also watched your YT-video 'AVCS4 BMS - VoiceAttack Profile - Push To Talk Mode Demonstration'. Also very helpful, since I'm rather new with your profile
  14. Ok, nice to live in Indiana (lower taxes) and even on a lake. Good choice of your wife :-). Please keep me posted as soon as you have the HOTAS up and running. Regards from Amsterdam. BTW, I can't sleep. Had too many Irish (very strong) coffee and ususaly I drink just 2 decaf a day, So I get out of bed and checking in on VG.
  15. So,,, JugdeDredd.... how is it going with the Cougar? It's been a while
  16. Not sure if this helps anybody, still: I use VoiceAttack but all the voice comms where done with/through UHF, or VHF, depending on the joystick button I assigned on my HOTAS (Thrustmaster Cougar) i.e. in VA Joystick button 20, or 21. I had in mind to use both Comms buttons - UHF and VHF - on the HOTAS stick for specific voice commands through the required channel (UHF, or VHF). So, voice comms for the Tower, Tanker, AWACS etc. are done with UHF and internal flight communication (voice comms for the Wingman and Element) are broadcasted with VHF. I have made a setup in VoiceAttack and it works for me to use the HOTAS stick and choose the required comms channel (UHF or VHF) to give the specific voice command. Note: with this setup in VA for the HOTAS stick on both UHF and VHF all VA voice commands are broadcasted. With this setup it only makes it a bit more realistic to choose the specific broadcast channel to give a voice command.
  17. Yes, you're right. I was checking the connection and if I could join a mission>. That went well and I saw a 4-ship, with number 4 spot available and you as a lead briefing the mission (OCA Strike), but it was too late and shopping time here . But, I check the sever so now and than, to see if there are real pilots there and join a mission
