CobaltUK Posted April 20, 2019 at 02:57 PM Report Share Posted April 20, 2019 at 02:57 PM Default 4.34 Rolling fire is now running. 120TH set non HQ Also 35th & 80th at Kunsan, 36th Osan. This is just temporary but with the inevitable 4.34 visitors connecting its better to have something. Discussions will be had with the intent of re instating the customized Rolling fire or perhaps one of the new KTO campaigns. There will be server downtime but ought to be brief.
=VG= Kavelenko Posted April 20, 2019 at 10:18 PM Report Share Posted April 20, 2019 at 10:18 PM Must get that install done soon. Any issues I need to know about Cobalt?
CobaltUK Posted April 20, 2019 at 10:38 PM Author Report Share Posted April 20, 2019 at 10:38 PM Seems very straight forward since 4.33 can remain. Nothing needs to be done with that. 433 and 434 can be chosen to run as required. Small think but the variety of KF-16 seems reduced to just 1. Cobbled together a modified campaign based on the old one. Not the final.

Jeffu Posted April 24, 2019 at 12:33 AM Report Share Posted April 24, 2019 at 12:33 AM You can transfer the keyfile, but you will need to set almost everything else up from scratch.

=VG= Kavelenko Posted May 4, 2019 at 02:57 AM Report Share Posted May 4, 2019 at 02:57 AM Ok I did my first landing for 6 months and survived rofl. Can anyone point me to a ramp start tutorial that includes all the new changes for BMS 4.34?

You can transfer the logbook file across ok without issues, and keep your previous missions data. My old key file seems to work at the moment but I don't know what's new in 4.34 yet I assume all the old controls will work as before and that there could be additional new ones? I think all controls from 4.33 are still present. The main issue is that there are older legacy callbacks pre-4.33 that have been removed in 4.34 and this could cause issues with the game. Jeffu Posted May 4, 2019 at 06:25 AM Report Share Posted May 4, 2019 at 06:25 AM Click the Comm Plan button and read the briefing. Ground control is UHF 2, Tower is UHF 3, Approach/Departure is UHF 4, AWACS is UHF 6, AI flight members are on VHF 15.
