There is little incentive for additional companies to invest in infrastructure in low population (low profit) areas, the result being a monopoly. My choice of providers and speed is also limited but no where near as bad as your situation. We dont have the same scale of physical network distances to deal with. Its fucking awful that you have no choice, you either pay up and fund the cable bosses private jet/ponies/silk pajamas, or you have no internet. That shit needs to be fixed. Thanks for the report Sledg3hamm3r. Sorry we couldn't deal with this sooner. Joining our teamspeak and poking any =VG= member can help with dealing with any problem much faster. Even if you poke someone who has no admin access they will know someone who does and can pass on the report/help request. Also posting in the chatbox is helpful. We have been discussing the possibility of setting up an OPFOR server &/or having an event. Its good to see that there are players out there who want this. Thank you for your suggestion, hopefully we can get something sorted soon.

Downloaded and now seeding. FYI uninstalling the PR 1.0 beta broke my .9 install (and sparkys) now re-installing pr .9 for the last 2 days of gameplay ! EDIT: no need to re-install , "The 1.0 Beta uninstaller accidentally deleted a vanilla bf2 file" solution
