Hi all

Quick update. We're nearly there. Unfortunately several hardware and software components have failed but we've been working with our provider to get parts replaced on our server. 

We're just sorting our data redundancy and we can move to get our game services back online. Again, unfortunately... There is a problem with our software that manages our game servers and we are working on that too. As we are battling two independent problems at once it is taking slightly longer than we anticipated to restore normal service. We are in the home stretch now, however, and it won't be long until we're fully operational.
