I like cooking pumpkin on grill. This is easy and really delicious. Short recipe: Clean the pumpkin and cut it into slices. For the marinade, chop the garlic, add lemon juice, soy sauce, honey, black pepper and olive oil to it. Dip each piece of pumpkin into the marinade and leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes. Chop the parsley and add it to the remaining marinade. Grill the pumpkin slices (you just need a grill like this), pour over them with the rest of the marinade.
