Bones been messing with this for a while, but a lot of this doesnt seem to work in my sim. I followed your instructions to the letter and my modifiers wont work.

Thats pretty awesome. Sims are like that for us at work, no electronic devices. Two reasons, RF interference off the cell and a lot of the stuff in it is pretty classified. And I mean high up there.
