  1. We played Bamyan Alt, we were doing pretty well when suddenly we started bleeding tickets at fucking lightspeed. We had 2000 tickets and they bled out in a matter of 20 seconds. I think the map currently isn't finishable.
  2. Carkidd and I tried joining earlier, using the levels from the new mirror link that was just posted. It just crashed on load. No .dmp files being generated in the Documents/Project Reality/dmp folder. Hosting locally on the map works. I think it doesn't play very nicely with joining in mid-game?
  3. So there are indeed only ~20 bots on the enemy team right now. Is that an intentional change? I don't feel like there was anything wrong with the amount of infantry. Quite the opposite in fact, on newer layers/maps (like the new Bamyan Alt) we've had a very large shortage of enemy spawns. At the same time I echo what @Carkidd said, the few bots that are remaining seem very beefed up in terms of reaction times and accuracy. Does the AI think faster when there's less bots overall?
  4. On Lashkar Valley Infantry, there are two spawns in a small compound next to the West Village cap that does not get disabled when neutralizing West Village. It seems to be tied to East Village instead. It's located right here, where the Sq1 leader is:

The map changed to Bamyan Standard, I spawned in and just 1 minute after spawning (most people didn't even load yet), 2 frogfoots come in and bomb most of our vehicles, including our tanks: There is a dome of death (it stopped their cannon fire) but it didn't seem to work for the bombs. EDIT: Server also crashed on this map when in Cave Bunker.
  6. In that case it should probably be marked out as you said, so we don't lose our assets to an unfair "by the way you're dead now" zone. Other maps mark it with stripes, they should do the same on Kashan. I thought it was a bug because it wasn't marked. For what it's worth, we would have shot down the TOW if we knew it existed. I was squad lead that round and nobody told me that it was there, or that it was up. We were under the impression it was down.
  7. Kashan Alt has a death zone in the middle of the map for no reason, trying to go there just gets you killed. It's not marked and doesn't seem like it has any reason to exist. It's where this (stranded) logi is on the map, Hotel 6. On a related note, I don't know if Kashan Alt was changed, but it feels like a boring slog now. Same old infinite asset spam, except this time the infantry can't move in and can barely do anything about it. We were on the map for over an hour and a half before I left.
  8. Bijar Canyons (Standard? Not the inf layer) has a few spawns for enemy armor which feel unfair. One such example is enemy tanks spawning in the middle of the road between Vehicle Checkpoint and Bridge (as well as some APC/AAV spawns on Bridge itself). When all the armor is cleared out and the friendly tanks are moving up, enemy tanks can spawn behind the friendly tanks. If you're not explicitly camping the spawn (not even sure where it is), they can wipe out your tanks from behind or harass friendly assets and infantry at main/vehicle checkpoint. I'm a fan of the increased armor on this particular map, the assault on West Bijar itself is a lot more fun now, particularly with the enemy armor rolling in and the enemy TOWs blocking your advance. I think if the enemy assets spawning behind players can be fixed, it would be a massive improvement.
  9. I'm guessing the server must have just been frozen for some time then, I remember that happening in the 1.5 days too. It would just freeze and appear down for a few minutes, before returning on the same map. I logged off for the night so I can't confirm that it actually crashed. We're still getting a few crashes to desktop on the clientside, but certainly less than before.
  10. We crashed on Bijar Canyons earlier today (probably around 10 hours ago from the time of writing), my client crashed once and the server also crashed once. Despite that, this update seems to have remedied practically all of the instability from 1.6.
  11. We're doing Operation Marlin Alt right now and the same problem seems to happen there. No kit issues anymore, but there's barely any enemy spawns. These maps are all supposed to be pretty tough but we're only running into like 5 people max per flag. There's only 25-30 players on.
  12. I think something might be messed up on either the maps or the servers. We did Ramiel Alt and Black Gold Inf, and on both maps we had practically zero enemies. We literally just walked through the map with only very minimal resistance. Is this in the maps or is this something with the server maybe? Apparently earlier today some other settings got messed up and you could drive assets without the right kit.
  13. Now here's an interesting one on Dovre Winter. When you spawn with a medic kit, everything works fine, you get the regular Coop medic kit. When you grab a medic kit off a crate, you get the Deployment kit. This means everything is shuffled around, and you actually have to hold left-click to heal people (and you can't heal yourself).

Beirut Standard has an enemy spawn point near Apartments that never gets turned off even after neutralizing and capping the flag: https://imgur.com/a/5nbhegf Also I definitely agree with what Carkidd said, Bamyan Std and Kozelsk Alt are just going to be "those" maps that hardly ever get played because they're just an unfun slog. You could cut the enemy armor in half and it would still be a little too much, but at least it wouldn't be as overdone.
