Bones Posted April 6, 2011 at 01:51 AM Report Share Posted April 6, 2011 at 01:51 AM Looks like Eagle Dynamics has just registered the "F-18C.com" domain. Have a look HERE.Now although the site has been taken down (for now) there are those who were able to "see" it and although there wasn't anything there (just a blank page) they said that the favicon in the address bar is the same one used in their main website. In addition to this, when you look for the domain registration (which I copied above) you will pretty much have the final confirmation. This make this Rhino pilot very happy! !yahoo

Bones Posted April 6, 2011 at 02:16 AM Author Report Share Posted April 6, 2011 at 02:16 AM BLuDKLoT LAN_WROTE ...yay!I was really hoping it would be the F-18E Super hornet but I will take the Charlie model. It's about time the Hornet has gotten some modern age sim love.

Navynuke99 Posted January 19, 2013 at 05:27 AM Report Share Posted January 19, 2013 at 05:27 AM Jane's F/A-18 was the best sim that I remember, particularly how they handled Navy flight ops. Hopefully the newest DCS module (pretty much confirmed in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WBGLb98zkFQ) brings that kind of environment to DCS: World. Iffn Posted January 19, 2013 at 09:04 AM Report Share Posted January 19, 2013 at 09:04 AM Most announced and existing DCS-products, including 3rd party, can be found here: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=96607Note:"Q: Are third party modders going to be held to the quality standards shown by the A-10C?Matt: Yes, in terms of 3D modeling, textures, animations, audio, 6 DOF cockpit, and mouse interactive controls. It will however be up to them to decide the level of fidelity when it comes to systems modeling and flight dynamics."(Source: SimHQ interview with Matt Wagner http://simhq.com/_air13/air_479a.html )
