I'd suggest a reinstall.
These errors generally mean corrupt files.

BTW have you modded common_client.zip in any way?

Early beta access guarantee already came with Medal of Honor Limited Edition, I highly doubt they will add more slots (closed betas generally don't have too many participants).

No, they can only be built at predesignated spots marked by the construction terrain (the little bulge in the ground)

Shame too, if that were true then PR would be THE most dynamic FPS game in the world ^^

I actually lost 3 logistics trucks when attempting to place the 5th piece of the bridge....
Was quite frustrating
And Dman, i tried that, ended up in the water... and dead too

CSB's, them little buggers sure are useful when you need 'em.

I've taken on the personal challenge of attempting to complete construction of a CSB over the entire span of the Jabal river.

So, lets start off shall we?

Now that we are stocked again, it's back to the bridge!
Was a bit shaky trying to drive the logi up on section, but not too bad.

I'll skip you the boring trips here and get to the construction ^^

It's starting to get very difficult to drive down the entire section to drop the bridge, what's more, you had to come back from that end....
A few mishaps during construction

and some "minor" inconveniences

The feeling that at any moment your truck can fall off the side of the bridge... >.<


Tip of advice: Never ever ever try to escape a truck falling from a bridge by climb out the side it's falling to... you'll just get crushed by the truck !skull

(while i waited for the truck to respawn, i took the heli up for a little spin)

So as you can see, this is no project for the faint of heart, if you want to get this thing built in a real game, you better start early or else it's !dash

Those pictures actually gave me an idea for the game.
Is it possible to add blur to the edges of the screen when moving or turning at high speeds?
If it its it could be a great idea for the VG mod

I wish for BF3, yet I still hate EA's decision to not develop for DX9.
But if BSS is willing to develop a Reality Mod for BF3, I wouldn't mind giving up XP :)

Considering how much Bill Gates earns every day you'd expect him to be investing a bit more in development and a little less on the bloody charities. No offence, but it's about time developing countries started relying more on their own resources.
Vista is complete shit, it's basically a pre-alpha of Windows 7, and yes I use it (on my laptop only).
Windows 7 has crap compatibility with older games, so until either PR for BF3 comes out or EA gets a patch for BF2 to work better on Windows 7 (not gonna happen lol), I'm sticking.

Looks like a reinstall is in order my friend.
Doesn't take too long, I've reinstalled BF2 + PR around 10 times now :/

Found this on the forums
"OK, I ve got a reply by the BF2-Tweakguides author.
First off: Thanks a bunch to him for his very fast response!

The answer was quite simple:
He hasn't looked into this yet and so he recommends to reinstall the game.

So, as a true fan of his AA and BF2 guide I did what he has said.

And so I have deinstalled the game WITHOUT delete profiles, screenshots and server configuration (the deinstall wizzard asks for it, so let the given boxes unticked)

After a news start I have installed the game again.

Language selection:
After DVD autostart you will find a BF2-pop-up window that asks you for the language you would like to install.
Select english. That's it.

... reboot after installation ...

v1.02 patch install will also ask you for a language (guess this time just for the install wizzard, anyway, I choosed "english" again).

I recommend you to do the same.

And for your info:
All your accounts, selected menu options are still available after the new install.

Definitely FOR, this is an excellent idea, but we will have to figure some way to inform ONLY the "decent" players and not them smaktards...

I use a GeForce 9800 GTX+ and it runs fine at 1440 medium. Nowadays its mostly the GPUs that are the bottleneck.
