  1. Only see 2 servers listed (1 and 3). Noticed both were 75% full so I guess Grenades are working.
  2. More vehicle threats and the option of CAS is always supported. Perhaps even remove all MH-9s, add a KI60 for Medevac and a AH-9 for air support. Should be fun nevertheless. Think i'll have to add this to google calendar to remember it.
  3. Considering I only play MP on your servers I'd be fine with a DEV build :) The Grenades stuff seems a bit troublesome to remove, unless there was a quick script to remove it from all units. Hopefully its fixed now, or I guess the closed server will see more action :) My arma downloaded 306MiB today, but I think it was also the previous patch.
  4. Cant remove grenades from inventory as a quick fix? nice work on server nevertheless, and thanks for updating addon pack.
  5. Had a nice run with vehicles on Public 1 today, at one point we even had 3 vehicles + mobile west moving out. Should be even better once everyone is on same comms. Hopefully MSO or new mods will let you make custom squads so you can keep comms more controlled. Edit: Vehicle convoys rock, even when Mobile West suddenly disappears and is used as a battering ram. :)
  6. Using the addons linked from the Teamspeak server I was kicked from public server for using CBA. Got in on Public 2 using only the GPS Reposition mod. Nice positioning of the choppers now. Still missing my little AH9 tho' ;)
  7. Hey, is the mod pack updated with the keys - not sure the ones I grabbed earlier contained keys. Yea, moving the GPS would also work - but I guess that would be harder?
  8. Yea, was thinking that blocking it off from vehicles would stop that from occurring, they can always use the repair pad further north on the island to fix their stuff.
  9. Some people found a new way of being a-holes today: Take a vehicle and drive it into a chopper, ejecting at the last second. Pilot gets TK for everyone inside chopper that blows up.

Something for the todo list: The server mod has a status that appear ocasionally on near the top right corner of the screen... unfortunately, this is also the place where the GPS is moved using the GPS mod (with biskey). Any chance of having the server-status condensed or moved so as to make it easier to see the gps information? :-)

  14. Some feedback after playing G: * Awesome with more enemies * CAS is needed with all the vehicles * The KA60 is good for transporting more troops but seems to descend very very slowly. Will take some time getting used to it. * Nice position of new base; possible to have the Helipads spread out more in case of accidents to avoid having all choppers blown up.

Re: AH-9 I'd suggest adding into server rules on login regarding AH-9 usage (and adding it again), not to engage AOs (Which I would assume most often would be the squares/areas with buildings) unless called in for CAS. But that it is allowed to act as either overwatch or free-roaming Seek and Destroy for enemy vehicles (more of them regardless would be nice). Have not played around on server since last night so perchance its all good even if the AH-9 is gone on the G server. That said, having two codebases with different setups seem like a good idea to test out stuff although a bit "harder" to manage I suppose :) Cheers for the work regardless. Question regarding the server; Do you have any performance details including bandwidth consumption with 24 players (and cpu/memory). I was thinking about the possibility of using some of the spare bandwidth where I work for a server but would like to have some metrics before going further.
  16. * Please do not remove the AH9. * More heavy vehicles on OPFOR would be a nice addition. * Add a extra helicopter pad for a KA60 or another MH-9 so we can get everyone moving, even though it is kinda neat to also do a convoy with vehicles. * Possible to have #1 start morning and #2 at afternoon/evening so we might get some night action?
  17. Nice with two full servers running, just hard getting into them now :o) Any chance could set up two ARMA3 coop channels, so we dont get #1 and #2 mixed up in TS chat? Also; ran into some issues with only there being two transport choppers, I guess the KA-60 has larger room for more passengers?
  18. FYI: MHQ Vehicle appears as hostile on CAS "radar" when it is being driven, same with the Civilian vehicles.
  19. Haha, not when flying, obscurred so much of the screen :) Good fun tonight, 2h30m session is longest I've had in Arma3 without turning into a seagull, being teamkilled or having server/client crash. nice work with your server guys.
  20. Thanks for that GPS mod. Been driving me nuts. Hope to get more active now that ARMA3 is ramping up.
