ridDle Posted March 31, 2013 at 12:02 AM Report Share Posted March 31, 2013 at 12:02 AM So while listening to some awesome music I suddenly got flashbacks to my younger days while playing this/these games. This is the game that really sparked my interest for online playing and flying. Wondering if anyone else remember or even played this.http://www.novalogic.com/games.asp?gamekey=f16mrf
=VG= Terremer Posted March 31, 2013 at 12:12 AM Report Share Posted March 31, 2013 at 12:12 AM i think the f16/mig combo was the first pc game i actually played, not counting the OS games and internet ones. I remember it being ridiculously complicated for however old i was at the time.
ridDle Posted March 31, 2013 at 12:16 AM Author Report Share Posted March 31, 2013 at 12:16 AM Yeah the singleplayer/multiplayer experience were worlds apart. Singleplayer airspeed: 300-400. Multiplayer Airspeed 1100-1300.Dogfights were so incredibly awesome. You had fights lasting 30 minutes and eventually as people got to top level it was about saving fuel. Meaning flying with decreased thrust while still evading the enemies.Missiles were pretty much useless after the first pass or untill you took out some systems with guns.God I really really miss this game :'(
