constant TK @ base of all players, purposly crashing chopper or blowing it up when full

plenty, seco, smoking slim, dean, fox_ger etc.. -
have got a couple of idiots constantly team killing at base (flodis and svebe) from around 20:15 (still going on)
be grateful if someone could deal with them
