Guest Guest AirborneAlways Posted May 8, 2012 at 12:11 PM Guest Report Share Posted May 8, 2012 at 12:11 PM Might not need to reinstall, could be something like bad ram or ram slot.run memtest on each slot, each pair of slot, each stick and pair of sticks. Is this a new computer that you are still trying to get all drivers installed on?? =VG= SavageCDN (Inactive Duty) Posted May 8, 2012 at 01:28 PM Report Share Posted May 8, 2012 at 01:28 PM Sec[0].Key=BCCodeSec[0].Value=beHmmm... Value should usually return a number if I'm not mistaken so hard to tell from that BSOD report. I would need to look at this file:C:\Windows\Minidump\050712-9672-01.dmpBut you can also try what AB said.. remove RAM sticks one at a time and see if it still crashes. Run a test on your HDD to make sure there are no bad sectors or anything... try swapping out any other parts if possible.

bnorcross Posted May 9, 2012 at 04:57 PM Report Share Posted May 9, 2012 at 04:57 PM Usually minidumps don't have much information. I analyze dump files as a part of my job. I will be happy to take a look at te minidump of preferably a kernel dump. In short a driver tried to write to memory that was protected by the OS from being written to. Most don't know what a kernel dump is that as kernel is not a standard microsnot term.
