Was on the Clafgan map when I realized I didn't have Marshmallow....

Was on the map a few minutes checking out what was on base when I noticed flames



Having no marshmallow or fire extinguisher, I pulled out the fraps to record.

Anyone know what cause this or is it just some glitch as nothing was wrong on base

Yes is a very annoying bug, seems to be a multiplayer/dedicated server issue, I believe it relates to downed aircraft/vehicles being present and your client not getting fully synced with information about the vehicle in question. But I could be wrong...

For me I've seen only a few times, often it if I've aborted out and rejoined in a different role, but not always.

Flushing your VRAM in game might help. Using shift and numpad minus key then type flush quickly (should see a prompt on screen Activating Flush) .

Alternatively fully disconnecting from the server and rejoining may be the only answer...

Have to try the disconnect option the next time I see this on that map. Most times that I am on the map I am the only one or training area so no big deal if I disconnect/reconnect. Which is much easier than trying to remember what to type LOL.

Oh yeah. I remember this bug. Also happens with sudden change of night time to day.

it's quite a common bug believe it or not, i useto play an Aussie life server a lot and that was common place lol. same with Takistan life server, happens quite regularly.

Figured it was probably just a bug. First time I really noticed it though, guess cause I was on the sever alone getting in some range time and a few jumps. If I am participating in an active op though, might not have paid it any attention if I even really noticed it was happening. !eatmyuzi
