Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. has just released their newest Catalyst Control Software and Driver Package! Among various User Interface improvements, AMD Video Card owners will be happy to note that Applications Profiles have recieved an overhaul. From the AMD Vision Engine Control Center, you can now set Application Profiles for specific applications which will save 3D and AMD Crossfire modes to the profile.
Additionaly, AMD's HD3D Technology support has been enhanced in conjuntion with AMD CrossFireX configurations, and delivers a new Stereo 3D mode over HDMI 1.4a connections. This means: 1080p at 30Hz is now enabled on supported displays.

AMD Radeon HD 7970 users - still with the 8.921.2 RC11 driver; the 7970 is not supported in 12.1 or 12.2 Preview. Thanks to @CatalystCreator for the update!
