  1. The point of this vote is not to change the mods now!!!! (I should have said this first :p) It is only to make people understand that this server has a limited space and I will not be changing anything now, but I am open to change something in the future. I am pissed that some people (unknown) type while I am ingame and ask me if we will add 3CB or Bundeswehr, remove RHS because CUP is better... NO I WILL NOT ADD ANY OF THOSE!!!! (I am still confused a bit about CUP, because of the small size :))) ) .
  2. Ahhh. I meant delete RHS and add CUP! PROJECT OPFOR: It adds exactly what RHS should have had in the first place! More factions (actual good looking Talibans, expanded UN, Iraqi army, etc ...), land rovers, t-55, t-34, Nissan technical, clothing and reskins for vehicles. I proposed Project Opfor as it is not really that big in size and it will help me fix the issues with the OPFOR version of ACE INSURGENCY. And please, I beg you, don`t make me repeat the reason why it is "broken" ( I`ve had a lot of time spent lately in the editor and I really, really need a break). I know how to fix even without the need of any other mod but it will consume too much of my time and it is counter productive --> 10h spent editing and testing only to have 2-3 players join mid week... This is also why I would rather do AAS OPFOR than Insurgency as it doesn`t require me to add other factions than (ruski, vanilla east, serbians, UN, rebels, new factions created by me with the help of the ARSENAL) and the enemy side will usually be (US,UN, vanilla west or indep, Skipping the talk about Project Opfor, I proposed to add CUP instead of RHS as it adds the same stuff RHS has combined with Project Opfor but has a smaller size.

  4. Let me know because I am thinking of adding cup instead of RHS or add project OPFOR. RHS - better models, usable stuff inside vehicles (inside map display, duke system, etc..) cool gun models. Downside BIG SIZE ( around 13 GB). CUP - a lot of models, more than RHS (includes BAF, Talibans, models from arma 2, etc...). Downside not really good models, you still need to download 3 mods (around 5 GB in total for UNITS, WEAPONS, VEHICLES). Project Opfor - works only if RHS is used! Good models, adds new factions and vehicles. Downside 1,706.929 MB big.

  9. YES! I strongly agree! I wouldn`t want to scare people with too much stuff when I do missions. Arma is a very complex game. I know people like milsim like gameplay but overall it is just a game, not real life and on top of that adding mods will change the complexity even more. In my opinion I think that having a pdf. explaining all the bits and pieces of this game is a smart move. Script side --- Idk what I want, so whatever you guys want... well I will post updates on the Roadmap topic if something else comes in my mind. Mods: --- Lambs/ Vcomai / ASR AI3 one of these (but ofc the smallest in size) ( I already use VCOM script but it kind of sucks) --- Project Opfor or something that has enemies we can add without the need to script kits for the enemy( it works nice with RHS) - otherwise delete RHS replace with CUP (CUP is kind of meh). These mods only help improve the ai and add actual units that can be used with the capture area system (EOS- Enemy occupation system)... it kind of helps the insurgency opfor as well :)))... this helps me when I put class names into the spawner file. Right now I am forced to use a script that adds vanilla stuff to the bots...they kind of look odd and besides this small issue I can`t make them join the INDEPENDENT side that easily, this is also the reason why OPFOR version has Russians on the BLUFOR side instead of EAST. Anyway I`ve found a quick fix but it isn`t so pleasant.

  11. Color of the thing above your head means you are friendly or hostile. If you shoot too many civilians you will become hostile to your team. Same thing happens when you shoot friends. It is how the game works. Uniforms don`t matter at all!

What needs to be added: Vehicle Shop - (gain money by killing, in time and when destroying a cache); Not needed (but it`s nice to have it stored somewhere) Strict arsenal for both OPFOR and BLUFOR - only items strictly tied to side and no unreal 2035 items (rifles can stay, but no uniforms that are out of this world, nor vests and some backpacks); A script that will save the gear no matter what you do (die, respawn) and is not tied to an addaction (and saves everything you had when you closed the arsenal or picked a kit from the loadout box). - - - Please comment if you want something else to be added. What needs to be fixed: Caches sometimes don`t spawn; Mission save like on the Liberation server where areas save when server restarts; Fix respawn truck when blown and it respawns the ability to respawn on it is gone (Blow it and see what I mean); Fix sometimes dead bodies or bodies from disconnected players stay on the map; Fix OPFOR version - make BLUFOR units - east and OPFOR units - independent (GUER); - - - Please comment if you have seen something else that needs a fix. I would also require some help with these, it is very hard to fix this and by myself I can`t do all. If you want to help please let me know and I`ll add you into the admin team... if you aren`t already in.
  13. That is only because you either shot too many civilians or damaged something that is friendly. Uniforms don`t make a difference in this game so you can be that ET thing from the movie and still be an enemy.
  14. Here is the big problem! The Rusian version is NOT OPFOR, it is still BLUFOR!! USE AN PRC 152. It is very hard for me to change from BLUFOR to OPFOR. It will take me some time to adjust it, so please for now use BLUFOR stuff! I will try to fix the current issues, but as a workaround it is easier to set it as BLUFOR.
  15. Yes but then I would need to enforce it which will force all of you to use TFAR. Right now I just want to have tfar on the server just to be there when events happen. You can all join TS and play without it. It is not needed and it will never be unless you are more than 10 guys online. Just disable your teamspeak plugin
