If you mean to switch from one map to another?
YES. But if you want to combine it with AAS4 you have to modify the mapfiles (gpo / CP's /ai files) again and re_neighbouring it.
It was exactly done for this. But the SA' are not neighboured and the inf/veh Positions must be fixed per map base.

The blue boxes are StrategicAreas (SA's). StrategicAreas are locations that are recognized by the StrategicAI (SAI = Botcommander), this areas are important on the map and can be captured by both teams but they dont have a capturetimer like flags (Controlpoints) have.
When players crossing the map, they automatically capturing those SA's and give also OPFOR bots the info that BLUFOR (human) captured this area and will send troops to it. The bots will be always aware of where the humans running around or where the BLUFOR FOB's are. Having a squad that defends the Firebase is now important. All possible ammocaches spawns are placed in those SA's. Searching the ammocache will take some time, time where the bots get the chance to defeat the player out of the SA.
This StrategicAreas Grid is the base that is needed to get coop insurgency working.

I got a message from =VG= Speirs.
He told me that he's hard working on creating missions. He invited me to test some of his missions in a small group.
I will talk with him to get him back online but his reallife needs almost all his attention.
I think with Ciro, Blizzard, Sausage and Speirs we could build up a good A3 crew for Veterans-Gaming.

Server crashed or you game crashed Blud?
I know that 45 Golden Days has a problem with pc crashes. We all played it without servercrashes.
And for you info, rushing the harbour (ALONE) will end in death. Gaza's street and beach arent safety

I didn't used Suchar's tutorial because something is borked with it but what i dont know.
You run the Editor as admin and on Windows XP Service pack 2 ?
Copy the whole PR Folder (located in mods) an paste it into the same spot (mods). so you get a copy of your pr.
Rename that folder to pr_edit. Now go into your pr_edit mod and create a folder called objects.
Now you copy&paste the following zip files that are located in content.
- objects_common_client & objects_common_server
- objects_statics_client & objects_statics_server
- objects_vehicles_client & objects_vehicles_server
- objects_weapons_client & objects_weapons_server
Now extract all zip files in the objects folder. Now add also the common_client.zip and common_server.zip to the objects folder but dont unpack them. I have to do this because without it i get a conica.lat error (missing texture error i believe).
Than startup the editor and select your pr_edit mod.

Sofar i googled, mk19 are to inacurate as doorguns due to the low velocity and range of the grenades. The us military had the opinion, that a machinegun fits better because it can carry more ammo as for the mk19. I'm asking me, how many bullets from a machinegun is needed to cover the same area as one 40mm grenade does.
But at least, there was some doorgun projects in the vietnam war and i think it was more effective as an machinegun if you flew over the jungle.

Here a small pet-project from me. Many things need to be adjusted like the ammobox and feedbelt, the mk19 on his gunmount and some other cosmetical issues.
Sadlywise, there exist no mk19 doorgunner armament nowadays but there was some experiments in the vietnam war by the 191st Assault Helicopter Company Can Tho, Republic of Vietnam. Their Nighthawk was known as Night Breed
I will add later a small tut video, where i show you how you do such things in the BF2PR-Editor.

All the same navmeshes from the coop maps. When you make a new layout, you dont need to navmesh it. Navmeshing is done once and than its final.

Technically, all stuff i made isn't a mod of PR. It's still PR.
All modding content like the Osprey, or AC130 is a part of the map and not main PR Mod.
All damagevalues-, damaging/armor materials etc. use the original unmodified PR Mod values/materials.
The Insurgency Project is also not really a Mod, it's only a special server setting that runs a modified gpm_coop.py but the main gamemode pythons dont get touched, only combined.

Blud, use winzip or 7zip, rightclick the iso and extract it to a emptyfolder. Than, you extracted the setup.exe.

Worst thing that happen to me in SQUAD - Kohat.
First time played as Squadleader Taliban team. Before the round start i talked with the squaddies about my tactic.
My tactic was, spawning on the first spawned ammocache and build up defense parameters.
The round started and the team was waiting that the ammocaches spawns.
And than the DRAMA begun :
Both ammocaches spawned in the same village compound, very very close to BLUFOR main's.
This compound was in a valley, surrounded by hills. We spawned and i saw in what a shitty position both caches spawned.
We ran to the highest hill and as we started to build the the fob (we all spawned 45 seconds before) and received already heavy fire.

Believe me Semler, its a good game but wait with buying it. atm. PR would give you more fun and gameplay as SQUAD.
Play a round PR skirmish on a big map and you have the same feeling.
About performance : Unreal engine doesn't run fine with AMD's
@Semler & Insurgency: I have one Insurgency game on stock (STEAM).

More ArmA events would be nice but i prefer ArmA2 ACE ACRE with some community made missions like we did years ago (looking direction Savage, ciro, Semler) but as i said that MY personal meaning.
Idk if Ace exist for ArmA 3 and i am currently to lazy to check the internet after more than 11 hours of work and 2 1/2 roadtrip but i think yes.
I dont own ArmA3 and i dont know if i will buy it (when its really cheap than yes but currently...)
ArmA has nice graphics etc. but there are also many things that make it to me as an 2nd choice game.
- Animation transitions are the worst for an Shooter Game. Jumping on a ladder in PR is definitely better as climbing up a ladder in ArmA.
- I am sure, there exist more hacks/cheatscripts in the world for the younger ArmA engine as for Refractor2. I'm absolutely sure. I got more times killed through fucking hacks in DayZ (please dont tell me its the MOD fault, its the Game Engine) as i got shoot.
For me, i must like also the game engine and not only the graphics or gameplay.
