You are.

AR = Automatic Rifleman

You will be able to choose what weapon you want to bring with you.... So AR is really just a name.

I would also recommend you disable your TrackIR for the event... I saw the stream and it seemed you were struggling to hit anything quickly with it on. you would be much more effective with that off imo.

If you 100% know that you can make it then join alpha instead please. As the reserve team is there as an overflow to alpha and for those that are not sure if they can make it.

I won't go into too much detail, but due to the objectives (There are secret ones) the SAS strictly needs regular highly experienced players.

As you have only just came back to Arma 3 after a long break, there will be a lot for you to still relearn and refresh. I've put you in a more simpler squad, and recommend any other players to do the same if you have not touched the game for a while.

I have added a new reserve team (Delta), for those who are not sure if they can make it, and to serve as an overflow to already full list.

So due to the change of date, if you are not sure you can make it, just move yourself to that new squad instead!

The new team will be based at the fob (NO HALO), and will be moving via convoy with Charlie Squad

As many of you can tell from my TS inactivity I have been extremely busy recently. 

This does mean I will have to delay the event for next weekend (Sat 16th, same time) so I can catchup and set everything up on time.

Mod List is up! apologies for the late upload, workdays have been busy lol.

As interest in the event has built up really quickly really early. I have made the decision to increase the amount of player slots in the event to 18 slots (16 Players + 2 Spectators)

At the time of this post there is 2 more player slots available (Medics). So if you want in then grab it before its gone. 

I have also corrected the mistake with "Cornetto" being led by Qiezi and instead I have replaced it with System, so SL's you can be relieved not having to hear random useless chatter on SL comms every 10 seconds lol

Apart from all that, event is looking great so cant wait for the weekend :))

With the Russians capturing the nearby towns of Chernogorsk, Elektrozavodsk and Stary Sobor, The local Ukrainian Volunteer Brigade is almost encircled on all sides. The only escape corridor for Ukrainian Forces is to the North East, Past the town of Orlovets. Your task is to delay the Russian advance towards the North East, ambushing and completely destroying as many enemy units as possible, To allow the remainder of the Ukrainian Forces to escape safely.

Objective:

Carry out the objectives that will be presented to you on the map.

Assets:

We have a very limited supply of vehicles available for use.

Once its gone, its gone. If you don't want a walking simulator, use the vehicles conservatively by only using it for transport or last ditch defensive purposes.
