According to Stark, the service was still running but was not operating properly (as opposed to a crash to desktop).

He restarted it and everything is running normally now.  If it happens again soon, feel free to post up here and we'll take care of it.

*All PR Admins here will regain their ability to restart the server through TCAdmin in August, one of our Tech Team had a life issue so it has postponed our progress on that front.
